 Counselling with me is calm, focused, and supportive. I work only with couples, so everything I do is centred around relationship work. This isn’t about taking sides or sitting in silence — it’s about creating space where both of you feel heard, where patterns can be explored gently, and where honest conversation can start to happen. Whether you’re feeling stuck, distant, or unsure what’s next, we’ll work together to make sense of where you are and what’s possible.
